Happy Birthday, Dog Lover's Guide!

We turn one year old today!

Hey there, Pals! I am astonished to announce that today marks the one year anniversary of starting Dog Lover’s Guide to Feeling Better. I began with 60 subscribers, all of whom either I or my wife bullied for their emails (shout out to all my KP clinic folks).

Now there’s FIVE HUNDRED of you. Who are you? What’s your dog like? I want to know about you. More specifically, I want to know what your dog looks like.

I’m not joking, please send dog photos.

I wanted to take a moment to express gratitude to some of the many people who have patiently entertained my obsessions with dogs and mental health. First, HUGE thanks to my wife, who is the most supportive person in the whole world and very accommodating when I have a deadline. Thanks to my sister, who gave me my love for dogs, and taught me so much about dog training. Thanks to my Lit Ladies, who have read and commented and edited until their fingers bled, and given me so much emotional support and encouragement.
