So true. I don't know about you, but I often find that I'm very intentional in the first half of packing, but tend to just start throwing stuff frantically in boxes towards the end. The time crunch gets me every time!

I swear, dogs are the best trainers out there. We may think we're training them, but they're 100% training us.
I use the primacy and recency effect all the time with chores, particularly those big ones that feel insurmountable. I hope it works for you, too!
